TECC Tanks FAQ’s
Can I use any e-liquid in my Tecc Tank?
No. It depends on your coil. Different liquids can produce different results. If you are a beginner vaper with an above ohm coil, we recommend trying a 50/50 liquid as it is a good starting point and also the liquid will be just the right viscosity. If your coil is below 1 ohm (sub-ohm) and you use your device at a high wattage setting (above 30-40 watts) your tank may be recommended to use high VG liquids. If you want to know more about e-liquids, check out our article here. Will my Tecc tank work on every mod?
Most tanks have a 510 connection which means you can attach them to most mods. If you are thinking of mixing your brands, make sure you go through our checklist to ensure that they are compatible. The checklist can be found here. Can I use any coils in my Tecc Tank?
You will need to check the category of the tank and coils firstly. Certain tanks will only be able to use specific categories of coils. If you want to know more about changing your coils, be sure to check out our article. How do I clean my Tecc Tank?
Detach your tank and remove any excess e-liquid. Fill a bowl with lukewarm water then disassemble your tank. Place the separate pieces (not the coil) into the bowl of water and give them a good wash. Once the components are clean, dry off the tank, leave to dry for approximately 15 minutes and at this point, we would recommend you also change your coil.
You can find a detailed breakdown of the cleaning process in our article here.
