What types of TECC tanks are there?
Here at Vape Town, we offer a wide selection of tanks, ensuring you can find the right tank for your vape kit. From a TECC Slider CS Air Tank to a bargain GT Air model, our selection aims to cater to all types of vapers.
Can I use any e-liquid in my TECC Tank?
No, the type depends on your coil, as different e-liquids can produce different results. If your coil is below 1ohm (sub-ohm) and you use your device at a high wattage setting (above 30-40 watts), your tank may be recommended to use high VG liquids. Will my TECC tank work on every mod?
Most TECC tanks have a 510 connection, which allows them to attach to most mods. If you are thinking of mixing your brands, make sure you go through our vaping checklist to ensure that they are compatible.
Can I use any coils in my TECC tank?
You will need to check the category of the tank and coils. If you’re looking to change your coils, do your homework on compatibility first, as certain tanks will only be able to use specific categories of coils.
How do I clean my TECC tank?
To clean your vape tank, start by detaching it and removing any excess e-liquid. Fill a bowl with lukewarm water then disassemble your tank. Place the separate pieces (not the coil) into the bowl of water and give them a good wash. Once the components are clean, dry off the TECC tank and leave to dry for approximately 15 minutes. At this point, we would recommend you also change your coil.
Can you replace the glass if you break your TECC tank?
For most TECC tanks, you typically cannot replace the glass, although there are a few exceptions, such as the Eleaf Melo 4. You will have to ensure that the glass you purchase is a direct replacement for the smashed one, or else it may not fit correctly and leak.
