Product Warranty

Our warranty policy covers products purchased from Vape Town in-store and online.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to help if issues arise after you purchase from us. 

  • Should your product fail within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
  • Should your product fail after 30 days of purchase, we will repair or exchange your faulty item.

Exchanges within 30 days

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds  within 30 days

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging. You have 30 days to return any unused item for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, we will refund the product value back to your card.

Faulty & Damaged Items

If your product fails within the first 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or a direct replacement.

If an issue occurs after the 30-day mark, we will happily arrange to repair or exchange the faulty item for you.

Exchanges & Refunds (Unused Items)

Yes. To be eligible for a change-of-mind exchange, your item must be completely unused and remain in the exact same condition that you received it.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an unwanted item for a refund. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original pristine condition, and sealed inside its original retail packaging.

Once we receive, inspect, and approve your returned item, we will process your return. Assuming everything is in order, the full product value will be credited directly back to your original payment card.
