Any order placed with a total of £20 or more will qualify for free shipping. Free shipping orders are sent 2nd class Royal Mail.

If you wish to receive your order quicker then please upgrade to one of the services below:

Royal Mail First Class £3.30 

Royal Mail 'Special Deliver Next Day' £8

The free shipping option available is 2nd class. This is the slowest service Royal Offer. If your order is urgent please do not select the free shipping option.

SHIPPING ETA TIMES

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic Royal Mail deliveries are experiencing some delays in certain areas. Items may take slightly longer than normal to arrive:

Standard shipping times are below:

FREE SHIPPING 2ND CLASS -  Normally 2-5 Working days to arrive 

1ST CLASS - Normally 1-3 Working days to arrive 

NEXT DAY - This is a guaranteed delivery and will arrive next working day by 9pm. Please note that these orders are not sent out from us or delivered by Royal Mail on Saturdays or Sundays.

All orders for in stock items received by 3pm are shipped the same day Monday to Friday.

We do not ship items on public holidays or weekends. Working days quoted are Monday through to Friday and exclude public holidays such as Bank Holidays. Tracking numbers provided are not to track the packages progress through the Royal Mail network. The tracking numbers provided are to show proof of delivery only. The exception to this is the paid for Next Day service, this is the only service trackable.

Please be aware that we send all orders via Royal Mail second class unless the 1st class/Next day upgrade is chosen and paid for. 

Once you have received 'your order has been shipped' email please rest assured your item is on its way. If you cannot see any emails from us please check your junk and spam email folders, the emails will be in there. The only exception to this is if you have had a typo when entering your email address on the order page.
