The Zorva Max 12 is a sleek and compact vape kit designed for convenience, reliability, and everyday performance. Powered by a 1350mAh built-in battery it can be quickly recharged via USB-C fast charging keeping its downtime to a minimum.

A front display screen provides clear information while the compact and ergonomic design makes the Zorva Max 12 vape kit comfortable to carry and use throughout the day.

The device includes a 2ml refillable pod along with a 10ml refill bottle making setup simple and mess-free. To get started fill the 10ml bottle with your preferred e-liquid such as Next Level Bar Salts or indeed any 50/50 nic salt e-liquid. The Zorva Max 12’s unique refill system ensures secure leak free top ups and vaping.

A 1.0Ω pod will be available separately soon, ideal for users seeking a more restricted MTL (mouth-to-lung) vape.

The Zorva Max 12 vape kit is an excellent alternative to Pre-Filled vape kits. Unlike the pre-filled kits where you can only used the supplied vape juice, the Zorva kit allows you to fill the kit with your favourite brand of vape juice! Standard shipping times are below: 2ND CLASS TRACKED -  Normally 2-5 Working days to arrive. 1ST CLASS TRACKED- Normally 1-3 Working days to arrive. NEXT DAY by 9pm - This is a guaranteed delivery and will arrive next working day by 9pm. Please note that these orders are not sent out from us or normally delivered by Royal Mail on Saturdays or Sundays.

We use plain packaging for all orders. Our company name is not displayed or mentioned on orders. Our return address (does not mention our company name) , your address and standard Royal Mail label details you would expect are the only items on the package label.

WHEN DO WE SHIP ORDERS

All orders for in stock items received by 4pm are shipped the same day Monday to Friday. Where a public holiday falls on a weekday your item will be shipped the next available working day.  Royal Mail do not operate on public and bank holidays.

WILL YOU NOTIFY ME MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Once you have received 'your order has been shipped' email please rest assured your item is on its way. If you cannot see any emails from us please check your junk and spam email folders, the emails will be in there. The only exception to this is if you have had a typo when entering your email address on the order page.

We package all orders in the smallest possible packets enabling the majority of orders to be posted through your letterbox. Royal Mail will text and email you when your order is out for delivery. If the package is too large for your letterbox Royal Mail may leave a card for you to take to your local sorting office. MY PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED

If your parcel has not arrived within the time frames above please email us at online@vapetown.co.uk. We allow upto 10 working days for packages to arrive before contacting Royal Mail. This is a reasonable time frame to allow your order to reach you. Please note that time eta's stated above are a guid and that 1st and 2nd class mail is not a guaranteed service.
