How Our Age Verification Works

When you place an order with us we will request your full name, billing address and date of birth. It is essential this is entered as it appears on any driving license you may hold, electoral roll entry or if you use it for a UK credit card. This information must be entered correctly, this is because we will use this to verify your age before delivering any goods.

What Happens If The Check Fails

If the Age Check initial verification fails, we will contact you to manually verify via one of the following methods:

Drivers License
Citizens Card
Passport

We will need you to send us a photo of one of the above official forms of ID to online@vapetown.co.uk. When emailing, include your order number with this email and we will aim to manually verify your age within three hours during business hours.

We do not store copies of ID sent to us.

If we cannot verify your age, we will cancel your order and refund it in full.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays this may cause to your order being sent.

Once you pass age verification once, as long as you use the same email for subsequent orders you will not need to verify your age on future purchases.
