Please note, if your item is malfunctioning due to user error such as drop damage, modification or coils that have been burnt out your warranty does not cover this. All items are inspected for damage prior to being dealt with.

If you are returning your items due to a fault, the items will be inspected and the item will either be replaced and or repaired for you. Please allow time for the postal system to get the item to us. Once it has we will be in contact.
If you are returning items as you have ordered the incorrect items please note upon receipt of your return we will refund you. We do not carry out exchanges, you will need to re-order the correct items.
