Support and technical guidance for VOOPOO Argus, Drag, and V-Series hardware

VOOPOO pods generally last between 1–2 weeks. This lifespan depends heavily on your vaping style, the VG/PG ratio of your e-liquid, and your power settings. High-wattage vaping or using very sweet e-liquids will typically result in a shorter pod life.

Most VOOPOO coils (including the popular PnP and TPP ranges) last approximately 7–14 days with regular use. You will know it is time for a replacement if you experience a burnt taste, muted flavour, or if the device struggles to produce vapour.

Yes, almost all VOOPOO pods are designed to be refillable. Depending on the model, you may have a fixed-coil pod (where you replace the whole pod) or a removable-coil pod (where you keep the plastic pod and only replace the internal coil).

Remove the pod from the battery. Locate the fill port—usually found behind a silicone plug on the side or bottom of the pod. Insert your e-liquid nozzle, fill to about 80%, and seal it tightly. Always wait 5 minutes before vaping a new coil.

Standard VOOPOO operation involves clicking the main fire button five times rapidly. The screen will usually flash the logo to indicate the device is powering on or off.

Using the provided USB-C cable, most VOOPOO pod kits reach a full charge in 45–90 minutes. Larger dual-battery mods (like the Drag series) may take longer if charged via the device; we recommend an external charger for those.

Yes, VOOPOO pod systems are excellent for nicotine salts. For the best experience, use a coil with a resistance of 0.7Ω or higher (MTL) to ensure a smooth throat hit and proper nicotine delivery.

For MTL pod kits, use 50/50 VG/PG ratios or Nic Salts. If you are using a high-wattage VOOPOO Mod with TPP coils, 70/30 High-VG e-liquids are recommended for maximum vapour production.

The VOOPOO Argus Pod or the V.THRU series are highly recommended for beginners. They offer a simple, leak-resistant design with automatic draw activation, making them very user-friendly.
